covering the property therein described.

SUBJECT TO the provisions of the Declaration, By-Laws, site plan and floor plans

lying and being at Arshamomoque, in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Middle
