SCTM#III- 14-14 The reconstruction of the bulkhead, in-kind, is an exempt Minor Action and not subject to L WRP review pursuant to Chapter 95 of the Town of South old Town Code. This review will address the backtllling of the bulkhead with 40 c. y. of clean fill.
