parking area adjacent thereto, as shown on Map of Harbor Lights
Estates , Section One, Bayview, Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
N.Y. , filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
June 8, 1965 as Map #4362; said beach area having a depth of
approximately 50 feet from the average high water mark on Peconic
Bay and having a length of 900 feet , more or less , as measured
along the ordinary high water mark and said parking area having a
frontage on the northerly side of Harbor Lights Drive of approxi-
mately 150 feet running westerly along said street from Lot No. 7
and having a depth of not less than 150 feet northerly of Harbor
Lights Drive. The parking area shall be immediately adjacent and
