WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument set on the southwesterly line of Main Bayview
Road at the easterly corner of land of M. &W. Burkhardt and the
northerly corner of the premises herein described; running thence
along said line of Main Bayview Road, S. 51100 'E. — 120 . 60 feet
to a monument and land of R.H. Darnell; thence along said land
of Darnell S. 41°52 ' 50"W. - 360. 63 feet to other land presently or
formerly owned by Ann P. Woodhouse O' Sullivan and/or Rose M. Woodhouse
Breslin; thence along said other land, three courses:
(1) N. 48007110"W.-60 . 23 feet; thence (2) S. 41°52 ' 50"W.-8 . 02 feet;
thence (3) N.48°07 ' 10"W.-60 . 22 feet to land of J.W. Burkhardt;
thence along said land and along land of M. &W. Burkhardt,
N. 41052 ' 50"E. - 362. 69 feet to the point of beginning, Containing
43 , 562 square feet.
BEING a portion of the lands conveyed to the Party of the First
Part by Deed recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County on June 5, 1981 in Liber 9013 , page 224 .
SUBJECT to right of way 14 feet to 15 feet wide along the
northwesterly line of premises herein described for ingress and
egress from and to Main Bayview Road for the benefit of lands now
or formerly of the Party of the First Part, said lands being the
remainder of lands conveyed to the Party of the First Part by the
above described Deed.
