to said premises to the center line thereof. TOGETHER with all the
right, title and interest of the party of the first part of, in and
to the lands under the waters of and the riperian rightstD Arshamomoque
Pond (sometimes known as Mill Creek) lying adjacent tq said premises
on the east thereof.
