sum of One Dollar ($1.00) by each of the parties hereto to the other in

selves, their heirs, executors, successors and assigns, covenant and agree
that the boundary line be established as a line described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the westerly side of Founders

a monument at the intersection of Korn Road and Founders
Path, said boundary to run South 64105'00" West 142.98
feet to the preperty indicated as "Cassidy" on appended

to Alfred Baker and his heirs, executors, successors and assigns, forever

all their right, title and interest in and to any land lying to the South
\ of the boundary line so established; and Alfred Baker remises, releases and
quitclaims unto Frank and Betsy Widirstky and their heirs, executors, suc-
cessors and assigns, forever all his right, title, and interest in and to
any land lying to the North of the boundary so established; and
WHEREAS, a portion of the garage and workshop on the premises
of Alfred Baker, Tax Map Number 1000-064-2-25, projects Five feet, more or
less, North of the boundary line so established;
