Hamlet of Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, known and designated as Lot No. 4 on a certain map entitled, "Map
of West Creek Development" filed in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on
July 6 , 1937 as Map. No. 1236 , more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of a 25 foot private road
known as "Sun Lane" at its intersection with the easterly line of a certain
15 foot right of way, as shown on a map entitled, "Map of West Creek Develop-
ment" , filed in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office as Map No. 1236; said
point or place of beginning being the southwesterly corner of Lot No. 4, as
shown on said map;
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly line of said 15 foot right of way,
North 26 degrees 44 minutes 10 seconds East, 111 feet to the ordinary high
water mark of West Creek;
THENCE along a tie line bearing South 88 degrees 28 minutes 50 seconds
East along the ordinary high water mark of West Creek, 58. 87 feet to land now
or formerly of Herbert Rosenberg, being Lot No. 5 on the above described map;
THENCE along said last mentioned land South 29 degrees 14 minutes 10
seconds West, 122 feet to the northerly line of "Sun Lane";
THENCE North 79 degrees 45 minutes 50 seconds West along the northerly
line of Sun Lane, 50. 0 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING also known as Block 1 , Lot 13 on the Tax Map of the Town of
Southold.
BEING the same premises conveyed to William A. Conerty and Alice K.
Conerty, his wife, by deed from Dorothy C. Mathes , f/k/a Dorothy C. Sposato,
dated January 4 , 1972 and recorded January 12 , 1972 in Liber 7085 of con-
veyances at page 491. Alice K. Conerty passed away on September 29, 1980 ,
leaving William A. Conerty as survivor tenant by the entirety.
