BEING part of the same premises as were conveyed to the grantors
herein by deed dated 2/4/85 recorded 3/13/85 in Liber 9751
page. 459 made by Susan Lee Phelan and M. Lee Phelan.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the party of the
first part for boating, bathing and fishing rights and the use
of roads, highways and of the inland Harbor owned by Reydon
Shores, Inc. as contained in Liber 9751 Page 460 which is
attached hereto as Schedule A.
` TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part ill and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and 4 the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said promises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs of successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
