ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the extension southwesterly of the northwesterly line of Jennings Road, said point being South
48 degrees 25 minutes West, 155.00 feet from the westerly terminus of the northerly line of Jennings Road;
RUNNING THENCE along said southwesterly extension, South 48 degrees 25 minutes West, 64.55 feet;
THENCE westerly on a curve to the left, having a radius of 50.00 feet and a distance of 112.77 feet to the easterly comer
of land of Wiepzynski;
THENCE along said land the following two (2) courses and distances;
1) North 40 degrees 36 minutes 30 seconds West, 211.60 feet;
