z WALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

BEGINNING at a point on the boundary line between the land
of the parties of the first part and land of the Town of
Southold, 313. 37 feet southeasterly along said boundary line and
along the boundary line between said land of the party of the
first part and land of Joseph Terp, from the southeasterly line
of Sound View Avenue; from said point of beginning running along
DISTRICT said land of the Town of Southold, two courses as follows :
1000 (1 ) South 41 degrees 21 minutes 30 seconds East, 21. 34
feet; thence (2 ) South 40 degrees 59 minutes 00 seconds East
SECTION 78. 66 feet;
059. 00 THENCE along other land of the parties of the first part
South 48 degrees 41 minutes 20 seconds West 102 . 64 feet to an

TOGETHER with a right of way over land of the parties of the
first part from the southwesterly corner of the premises north-
westerly about 402 feet to Sound View Avenue ; the northeasterly
L line of said right of way being the southwesterly boundary of the
premises and the direct extension northwesterly thereof to said

7f way being parallel with and 50 feet southwesterly therefrom,

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to John
McCarvill by Deed dated May 7, 1953 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk' s Office on May 20, 1953 in Liber 3517 page 383.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
C the party of the second part forever.
SUBJECT TO an exclusive Life Estate to the grantor herein for all
purposes.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a tfy,Pfund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply

The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
