Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of NONE.

release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever,

Surveyor, and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on March 16 ,
1946 , as Map No. 1472 , as and by Lot numbered One in Block numbered six

avenues shown on said Map, and the right, in common with other owners of

and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said premises, and also

ually, or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second
