that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the near the Village of Southold, Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York, known and designated as Lots Numbers
21 and 22 as laid down on a certain map entitled, "Map of West
Creek Development" filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on the 6th day of July, 1937 as Map No. 1236.
THE said premises hereinabove described are conveyed
together with all the right, title and interest of the party of
first part of, in and to the center of Bayberry Road adjacent
thereto, subject to the use thereof by persons using or
occupying other premises in the said development.
AND together with the right of free access and approach to
the creek along extension of the said Bayberry Road a width of
fifteen (15 ) feet as shown and laid down on said map.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
grantors herein by Deed dated July 12, 1977 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk ' s Office on July 14, 1977 in Liber 8269
page 283.
