of the State of New York, having its principal office at the
Suffolk County Center, Center Drive, Riverhead, New York 11901 ,
party of the first part ,
AND HOWARD KAMPS , 1461 Fraser Avenue, North Merrick, New
York 11566 , party of the second part ,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the firstpart, pursuant to
Resolution Number 1102-1987 adopted by the Suffolk County
Legislature on October 27 , 1987 and, thereafter, approved by the
Acting County Executive on November 9, 1987 , in consideration of
ten dollars paid by the party of the second part does hereby
remise : release, and quitclaim unto the party of the second part ,
the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second

013 .003 FURTHER, notwithstanding the above description, it is the

as was acquired by the County of Suffolk by Tax Deed on March 6 ,
1986 , from General L. Rains , the Deputy County Treasurer of
Suffolk Countyy II�ew York, and recorded on March 7, 1986 , in Liber
9992 at Page 59/560 .
TOGETHER with all right , title and interest , if any , of the
party of the first part of, in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above-described premises to the center lines j

TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises ;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part , the heirs or successors and assigns of

neither (A) pursuant to a cooperative or condominium plan, nor (B) a partial or
successive transfer pursuant to a plan to effectuate by partial or successive transfers

We, are pleased to enclose herewith a Quitclaim Deed, dated

of Real Estate, thereby transferring title to the named owner,
together with the Transfer Gains Tax Affidavit and State
Equalization form.
For your protection, we suggest that you record this instrument
immediately in order to give notice that you are the owner of
record. To record this deed, the Transfer Gains Tax Affidavit and
State Equalization form must be submitted together with the deed
to the County Clerk ' s Office .
