WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

and State of New York, bounded North by land now or formerly of S.

more or less , and this deed is a correction deed given for the purpose
of identifying the grantor in a certa n deed rom Richard Kamps to
Howard Kamps dated September 13, 1979 and recorded in the Suffcik
County Clerk's Office in Liber 8693 cp 409, and to confirm that the
grantor, Richard Kamps , is the devisee of all of the real property
of Ernest Edward Henry Kamps (Suffok County Surrogate's Court
File No. 1408 P 1970) .
