W� WITNESSETH, that rhe party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the patty of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second parr, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 12 on a
certain map entitled. "Map of Peconic Homes, situate at Peconic,
0 Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York" , and filed in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on October 14 , 1964
as Map No. 4181 , being more particularly bounded and described
as follows:
All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, dituate, lying and
being at Peconic, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
0 New York, shown and designated as and by the lot numbered 12 on a
m certain map entitled. "Map of Peconic Homes" and filed in the
fl Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on October 14, 1964 under the Map
No. 4181 .
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to PAUL C.
z REICH and VIOLET REICH, his wife by deed dated February 8 , 1973,
and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on
4 February 13, 1973 in Liber 7342 cp. 241 .

Q SUBJECT TO THE RIGHTS AND INTEREST OF A LIFE ESTATE IN THE LIVES
OF PAUL C. REICH and VIOLET REICH, or the survivor, which is
evidenced by a lease dated this same date as the date hereinabove .

TOGETHER with all right, tide and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and
' all the estate and rights of the parry of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs ur successors and assigns of the parry of the
second part forever.

V AND [tie party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
Part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for thr purpose of paying the cost of the improvement ansl will apply [he same first to
the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any parr of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "parry" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
