on October 31 , 1986 and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last will
and testament, and/or by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of
partial distribution of the estate of Elizabeth C. Faucon, deceased,

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Main Road at
the southwesterly corner of the premises about to be described;
running thence along land of Henry Brewster Faucon and Dorothy
Wells Faucon, his wife, North 400 17 ' 30" West 188 . 92 feet to land
now or formerly of Prechtl; running thence along said last mentioned
land the following two courses and distances; (1) North 53° 10' 30" East
