THIS INDENTURE,made the 4TH day of January ,nineteen hundred and sixty—five
BETWEEN
HENRY J. SMITH and STELLA M. SMITH, his wife, both residing at
Peconic, New York,
party of the first part,and
CORNELL CRUMP and his wife, both residing at
.4 Peconic, Newyork, as tenants by the entirety with full right

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being bl;&, at Peconic; in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly.line of Carroll
Avenue 134 feet southerly along said westerly line from the
southerly line of land of Long Island Rail Road; from said point
of beginning running thence along said westerly line of Carroll
Avenue, South 32 degrees 52 minutes 10 seconds East, a distance
of 84 feet to the northeasterly corner of land now or formerly
of Julia O. Bell; running thence along said last mentioned land
South 55 degrees 05 minutes 20 seconds West, a distance of 178
feet; running thence North 32 degrees 50 minutes 10 seconds West, _
a distance of 84 feet to the southwesterly corner of land about
to be or heretofore conveyed by Henry J. Smith to Lindsay; running
thence along said last mentioned land North 55 degrees 05 minutes 20
seconds East, a distance of 178 feet to the westerly side of Carroll
Avenue at the point or place of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a part of the premises conye4ed to the
grantor by Deed from Lulu M. Grathwohl and Ella 5. Hprton; '
dated August 16, 1941 and recorded August 18, 1941 in Liher
2182 cp 104.

TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the renter lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
