on May 8, 1987 and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last will

boundary line (or its extension southerly) of land of Frank
Stelzer, measured at right angles thereto; and said northerly

TOGETHER with a right of way over said 50 foot private road known
as "Summit Road" from the northwesterly corner of the premises
southerly to said 50 foot private road known as "Ed' s Road" , and
thence westerly over said "Ed' s Road" to a 50 foot private road
known as "Victoria Drive" and thence southerly over said
"Victoria Drive" to Main Bayview Road. The party of the first
part reserves the right to dedicate the aforesaid roads known as
"Summit Road" , "Ed' s Road" and "Victoria Drive" to the Town of
Southold as public highways and the right to the use of said
rights of way is subject and subordinate to such right of
dedication; and the parties of the second part, by the acceptance
of the deed herein, consent to such dedication and release the
Town of Southold from any liability for damages by reason
thereof.
TOGETHER with the right to the use, in common with others , of a
strip of land 50 feet in width as an easement to Corey Creek,
said strip of land being bounded on the easterly by land of Edson
and on the westerly by land of Toedter and Dickinson.
