New York, and acquired by Tax Deed on February 23, 1987, from

and recorded on February 24, 1987, in Liber 10254 , Page 484/485,
DISTRICT and otherwise known as and by Town of Southold, being private roads
1000 known as "Glenn Road" and "Shepard Drive" on the subdivision map of
"West Creek Estates" filed August 19, 1963, as Map No. 3848, and as
SECTION such are subject to the easement rights of owners of lots on said
078.00 map. Subject to LILCO easement Liber 5532 cp 489. Subject to New
York Telephone Easement Liber 6256 cp 468. Subject to Declaration
BLOCK of Covenants & Restrictions Liber 5520 cp 315, amended by Liber 6081
02 . 00 cp 304, and further amended by Liber 8916 cp 251,
LUT FURTHER, notwithstanding the above description, it is the intention
043 .00 of this conveyance to give title only to such property as was
acquired by the County of Suffolk by Tax Deed on February 23, 1987,
from Jean H. Tuthill, the County Treasurer of Suffolk County, New
York, and recorded on February 24, 1987, in Liber 10254 at Page
484/485.
SUBJECT to ail covenants, restrictions and easements of record, if any.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed dated March 31, 1988, and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on April 12, 1988, in Liber 10580
page 576.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the parry of the first part of, in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appur-
tenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND
TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second pan,the heirs or successors and assigns

:AND the party of the first pan, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of
'the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyince and will hold the right to receive such con-
sideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the
same for any other purpose.
The word'party"shall be construed as if it read 'parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
