WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as

the northerly side of Main Road, 60.50 feet to a monument and
land now or formerly of George Stelzer;
THENCE North 11 degrees 25 minutes 20 seconds West along
said last mentioned land, 183. 91 feet to a monument and land
now or formerly of Pauline Bednowski;
THENCE North 75 degrees 00 minutes 30 seconds East along
said last mentioned land, 54 .12 feet to a point and land now
