paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of. Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, as set forth on the "Map of Harbor Lights Estates at Bayview,
Section Four, Town of Southold, New York made by Van Tuyl 6 Son,
Greenport , New York" as Lot 83, and filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on 3/1/84 as Map #7703.
TOGETHER with an easement over the streets as shown on the filed
map of "Harbor Lights Estates" to the nearest public highway, but
excepting and reserving the fee to said streets , the title to which
is not hereby conveyed.
TOGETHER with the right to-use, in common with others, the beach area
having a frontage of approximately 900 feet on the Peconic Bay and a
depth not less than 50 feet from the average high water mark, as
shown on e,a,id map ; said map being "Map of Harbor Lights , Section One",

HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
