and Alice Slavonik, his wife, by deed from Conrad Hipp dated May 11,
1925 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on May
1925 in Liber 1134 of Deeds page 82.
The party of the first part herein is a devisee of his mother, Alice
Slavonik, who died on February 7, 1984, a resident of Suffolk County,
New York and whose Will was duly admitted to probate in the Surrogate's
Court, Suffolk County, on July 2, 1984 and the party of the first part
is the devisee referred to in paragraph Third of the said Last Will
and Testament of Alice Slavonik, deceased.

And the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the

will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund
to be applied first for t�a purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment
