WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the at Bayview, rear Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 181 on a certain
r?ia map entitled, "Subdivision Map of Cedar Beach Park", completed September 15, 1926,
by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Surveyor, and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on December 20, 1927 as Map No. 90.
SUBJECT TO Covenants and restrictions of record, if any.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the party of
the first part in and to Cedar Beach Road and in and to the Private Road known
as Sunset Way in front of and abutting said premises to the respective center

Dolores Revere". Said Deed was recorded in the Office of the Clerk on March 17,
Lyle 1986 in Liber 9998 page 326.

Deed dated October 24, 1963 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on October 29, 1963 in Liber 5441, page 584.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
