paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs

BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of the premises at a monument set

in a straight line five hundred eighty-one feet to another monument;
thence continuing the same course to the Peconic Bay; running thence
easterly by and with Peconic Bay to a point which is the continua-
tion in a straight line from a monument set fifty feet easterly of
the monument last mentioned; running thence northerly to said monu-
ment and continuing northerly five hundred seventy-seven and sixty-
five one hundredths feet to a monument set on the southerly side of
Private Road #17; running thence westerly by and with said southerly
line Private Road #17 forty-four and five tenths feet to the point
or place of beginning.
