UTMESSETH,that the party of the firstpart,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in tate Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwesterly corner of lot #5, Block C, on "Map of
Reydon Shores, Bayview, L.I., N.Y." filed in Suffolk County Clerks Office; running
thence along the rear line of lots 51 6, 6 7 on said map, S. 200 11' 20" W. 90.0
feet to the Southwesterly corner of said lot #7; thence Westerly at right angles to
said rear line, a distance of 148.86 feet to the easterly line of a private road;
thence along said easterly line of private road N. 210 59' 10" - 90.04 feet; thence
Easterly, again at right angles to said rear line, a distance of 146.04 feetto
the point of beginning.

BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Anne Sweeney
to the grantor herein by Deed dated Jay_27.-3954-_and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on July 27, 1954 in Liber 3731 page 598
GRANTOR hereby reserves unto herself a Life Estate in the premises.
