point; thence still along said Northeasterly line of Mill Creek
Drive N. 680 20 ' 40" W. a distance of 16. 46 feet to the point or
place of beginning. Said premises, for the purpose of identifi-
cation only, are known as Lot Number 15 and the southerly portion
of Lot Number 14 measuring five (5) feet on Mill Creek and 15 feet
on Mill Creek Drive, on a certain map entitled "Map of Mill Creek
Grove, owned by Henry J. Smith situate at Arshamomoque, Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y. " made by Otto W. Van Tuyl , Licensed
Surveyor, Greenport, N.Y. , and dated May 13, 1947 , which map is
intended to be filed in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party
of the first part of, in and to Mill Creek Drive lying in front
adjacent to said premises to the center line thereof.
OE OGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party
of the first part of, in and to the lands under the waters of and
