1948 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office in Liber 2862
of deeds at page 296 on August 17, 1948 ; running thence in a general
easterly direction along said other lands of the parties of the
second part N. 620 15 ' E. a distance of 155 feet, more or less, to
the ordinary high water mark of Arshamomoque Pond (sometime known as
Mill Creek) thence in a general southeasterly direction along the
said ordinary high water mark of Arshamomoque Pond, a distance of
twenty (20) feet, to a point; running thence in a general westerly
direction along other lands of the party of the first part S. 64° 00 '
W. a distance of 155 feet, more or less, to the easterly side of said
Mill Creek Drive; running thence in a general Northwesterly direction
along the said northeasterly side of said Mill Creek Drive, a distance
of fifteen (15) feet, more or less, to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party

adjacent to said premises to the center line thereof.

particularly bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on that course of the northeasterly line
of a Town Highway known as Mill Creek Drive which runs S. 680 22 '
40” E. said point being 143. 81 feet southeasterly along said line
from its initial point and being 195 feet northerly from the norther-.
ly line of the lands of Anna B. Richmond measured along the north-
easterly side of Mill Creek Drive; from said point of beginning
running thence along other land of the party of the first part
N. 490 30 ' E. , a distance of 160 feet, more or less, to the ordinary
high water mark of Arshamomoque Pond, sometimes known as Mill Creek;
thence southeasterly along said ordinary high water mark of
Arshamomoque Pond (sometimes known as Mill Creek) a distance of 85
feet; thence along other land of the party of the first part
S. 62° 15 ' W. a distance of 155 feet, more or less, to said north-
easterly line of Mill Creek Drive; thence northeasterly along said
northeasterly line of Mill Creek Drive on a curve to the left having
a radius of 75 feet, a distance on said curve of 38. 54 feet to a
point; thence still along said Northeasterly line of Mill Creek
Drive N. 68° 20 ' 40" W. a distance of 16. 46 feet to the point or
place of beginning. Said premises, for the purpose of identifi-
cation only, are known as Lot Number 15 and the southerly portion
of Lot Number 14 measuring five (5) feet on Mill Creek and 15 feet
on Mill Creek Drive, on a certain man entitled "Map of Mill Creek
Grove, owned by Henry J. Smith situate at Arshamomoque, Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y. " made by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Licensed
Surveyor, Greenport, N.Y. , and dated May 13 , 1947 , which map is h�
