of-way immediately adjacent to the land now of Bangert, the party
of the second part hereby releases , quitclaims and abandons unto
the party of the first part the right-of-way granted to the owner
of the land now owned by the party of the second part over the
land of the party of the first part and any and all easements or
interests in the land of the party of the first part.
The conveyance by the party of the first part to the party
of the second part of the said 15-foot wide strip of land will be by a
Bargain and Sale Deed with- covenant against grantor ' s acts and
said land shall be free and clear of any and all encumbrances and said deed
and this Release will be recorded simultaneously.
