WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying
and being in the
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises
heroin granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust
fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the
payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sens~of this indenture so requires.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Pine Neck, near
Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York, known and
designated as and by Lot No. 6 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Southwood at Southold,
New York, made by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, Greenport, New York,
dated 10/1/53" and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 11/24/53 as Map No. 2141,
said lot being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the westerly side of Park Way where the same is intersected
by the division line between Lot Nos. 5 and 6 on said map, and also being distant southerly
844.48 feet from the southerly end of the curve which connects the southerly side of Pine
Neck Road and the westerly side of Park Way;
RUNNING THENCE southerly along said westerly side of Park Way along an arc of a curve
bearing to the right having a radius of 182.27 feet, a distance of 175.02 feet;
THENCE North 89 degrees 51 minutes 50 seconds West, 228.71 feet;
THENCE North 02 degrees 01 minutes 50 seconds West, 135.00 feet;
THENCE North 81 degrees 38 minutes 30 seconds East, 199.50 feet to the westerly side of
Park Way and the point or place of BEGINNING.
