and Trusts Law, and in consideration of

Avenue to the point and place of beginning,
THENCE South 11 degrees 19 minutes East 160.5 feet to a point,
THENCE South 87 degrees 26 minutes West 105 feet by and along the Northerly side of Wabun Street to
a point,
THENCE North 11 degrees 19 minutes West 202.4 feet to a point,
THENCE South 72 degrees 40 minutes East 120.25 feet by and along the Southerly line of Opechee
Avenue to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all right, title, and interest of the party of the first, if any, in and to land lying within the
bounds of Opechee Avenue adjacent to the said premises, to the center line thereof.
TOGETHER with any and all rights to the use of roadways and beaches above mean high water, jointly
owned by the Laughing Water Property Owners Association, or used jointly by all Laughing Water
Property owners.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the grantor by deed recorded in Liber
11722 page 256.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and als0 all
the estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of, whether individually, or
by virtue of said will or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the
second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
Subject to the trust fund provisions of section thirteen of the Lien Law.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
