TOGETHER with all right, title, and interest of the party of the first, if any, in and to land lying within the bounds of Opechee Avenue adjacent to the said premises, to the center line thereof. TOGETHER with any and all rights to the use of roadways and beaches above mean high water, jointly owned by the Laughing Water Property Owners Association, or used jointly by all Laughing Water Property owners. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the grantor by deed recorded in Liber 11722 page 256.
