North 35 degrees 15 minutes 30 seconds West, 170.82 feet; 2. North 47 degrees 48 minutes 00 seconds West, 8.90 feet to the monument, at the point of BEGINNING. THE GRANTOR herein being the same person as the named grantee in deed recorded in Liber 11931 page 961. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the grantor by deed dated November 10, 1998 recorded in Liber 11931 page 961.
