SCHEDULE "A"
Laughing Water in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a monument on the southwesterly line of Minnehaha
Boulevard, 365 :2 feet southeasterly along said southwesterly
line from the southeasterly line of a 20 foot private road known
as Owaissa Avenue, said point of beginning being the southeasterly
corner of land conveyed by the party of the first part to
Cuningsby; from said point of beginning
RUNNING THENCE along said southwesterly line of Minnehaha
Boulevard, South 26 degrees 08 minutes 00 seconds East 82 .05
feet to a monument; --
THENCE along the westerly line of said Minnehaha Boulevard, South
7 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds West 17 .9 feet to a monument
and land of Bares;
THENCE southwesterly along said land of Bares, South 72 degrees
17 minutes 00 seconds West 183 .49 feet to a monument and land
of Byrnes and Sullivan;
THENCE northerly along said land of Byrnes and along land of
Sullivan, North 11 degrees 30 minutes 55 seconds West 75 .06 feet
to a monument and said land conveyed to McGregor; -- —
THENCE northeasterly along said land of McGregor, North 64 degrees
41 minutes 30 seconds East 172 .43 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH any and all rights if common with Laughing Water
property owners to the use of the roadway.
Being the same premises conveyed to Thomas James Kelly by Deed
of Nichols Properties , Inc. , on October 29 , 1960 and recorded
November 16 , 1960 in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County
in Liber 4906 of Deeds at page 511 .
Thomas J . Kelly, died testate a resident of New Jersey on October
4 , 1986 leaving Margaret G. Weber, as Executrix of his last will
and testament .
