Map No. 551, and more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Q 9 npp BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of
Indian Neck Road with the westerly side of Smith Road (private road as sham on
the above mentioned map);
RUNNING THENCE South 10 degrees 23 minutes East along the westerly side of
• 10""" Smith Road, 100.00 feet to the northerly line of Lot No. 3 as shown on the above

THENCE South 79 degrees 37 minutes West along last mentioned line, 103.22
feet;
THENCE North 7 degrees 00 minutes West, 94.10 feet to the southerly side
of Indian Neck Road;
THENCE NORTH 76 degrees 04 minutes East along the southerly side of Indian
Neck Road, 97.86 feet to the corner, at the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right of way from the Easterly side of said premises over the
two rod road laid down on said Map and designated as private road to and from
Little Peconic Bay.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest-,the Grantor herein may have in
the beach adjoining Little Peconic Bay and lying between said private road on
\l the East and the land late of the heirs of Samuel Davids, deceased on the West,
7 under4 by virtue of deed of George W. Smith and wife, dated July 6, 1922, and re-
corded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office November 14, 1922 in Liber 1057 of
deeds at page 28. This is a Correction Deed to add beach rights which was omitted -
from Deed recorded July 10, 1959 in Liber 7194 Page 52.
ib TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party-of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party” shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
