WTTNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs

Running thence from said point of beginning along the southeasterly side of Victoria
Drive North 29 degrees 57 minutes 20 seconds East 151 feet to land now or formerly
of Mako;
Running thence along said land South 60 degrees 02 minutes 40 seconds East 100
feet to the land now or formerly of Reuter;
Running thence along said land South 29 degrees 57 minutes 20 seconds West 166
feet to the northeasterly side of Main Bayview Road;
Running thence along the northeasterly side of Main Bayview Road North 60 degrees
02 minutes 40 seconds West 85 feet to the extreme southerly end of the curve first
above mentioned;

roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances

HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of

The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
