scribed and the southeasterly corner of lands now or formerly of

seconds West, 165.00 feet from a pipe set in the southwesterly side
of Main Bayview Road, said pipe distant 711 .22 feet southeasterly
when measured along the southwesterly side of Main Bayview Road,
from the extreme southeasterly end of the curve connecting the
southwesterly side of Main Bayview Road and Corey Creek Lane and,
from said point or place of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE South 41 degrees 52 minutes 50 seconds West along
a 13 foot right of way, 165.0 feet to a pipe and lands now or for-
merly of Norkelun;
THENCE North 48 degrees 07 minutes 10 seconds West along said lands,
100 .0 feet to a monument and lands now or formerly of Manasek;
THENCE North 41 degrees 52 minutes 50 seconds East along said lands,
165.0 feet to a monument and lands now or formerly of Moore;
THENCE South 48 degrees 07 minutes 10 seconds East along said lands,
100 .0 feet to a pipe, the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH, and subject to the benefits and burdens of a Right
of Way 13 feet in width running from the southeasterly corner of
premises described herein northerly to. Main Bayview Road.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
