THIS DEED is being executed, acknowledged and delivered for the
purpose of correcting the following error (s) in a deed heretofore
executed, acknowledged and delivered by the party of the first part
to the party of the second part, which deed is dated the 22nd day of
December, 1988, and was recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County on the 27th day of December, 1988, in Libel--3-0764 Page 120. -,
The description of the premises referred to therein as Parcel IV
therein being conveyed was incorrect, in that portions of the description
were omitted and the description described premises not owned by the
party of the first part when the deed was executed, due to an inadvercent
mistake.
This conveyance is made with the unanimous consent of all the
