South 48° 41' 40" west, 690.96 feet; 2. South 84° 10' 50" west, 307.47 feet; RUNNING THENCE along lands now or formerly of McGunnigle, North 48° 41' 40" east, 941.32 feet to the westerly line of Lighthouse Road; RUNNING THENCE along the westerly line of Lighthouse Road, South 41° 18' 20" east, 178.49 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
