ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land with the buildings
and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at
Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the boundary line between the land of the
parties of the first part and land of the Town of Southold , 313. 37
feet Southeasterly along said boundary line and along the boundary
line between said land of the party of the first part and land of
Joseph Terp, from the Southeasterly line of Sound View Avenue ; from
said point of beginning running along said_land of the Town of
Southold, two courses as follows :
