WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

1000 BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of a 50 foot private road known as "Corey
SECTION Creek Road" 250 feet southerly along said easterly line from its intersection with
087.00 the southwesterly line of Main Bayview Road; from said point of beginning;
BLOCK RUNNING along land now or formerly of Koke, South 63 degrees 43 minutes 50 seconds
05.00 East .125 feet to land now or formerly of Reynolds;
LOT THENCE along said last mentioned land, South 30 degrees 46 minutes 10 seconds West
013.000 112. 90 feet to the northerly line of another 50 private road known as "Koke Drive";
THENCE along said northerly line of "Koke Drive" two courses as follows:
1) North 53 degrees 49 minutes 00 seconds West 50 feet; thence

THENCE along said easterly line of "Corey Creek Road" North 25 degrees 16 minutes
10 seconds East 107.09 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
JUN 20 1990 TOGETHER with a non-exclusive right of way over said 50 foot private roads from the
southeasterly corner of the premises westerly and then northerly to the south-
westerly line of Main Bayview Road.
TOGETHER with a right of way over Corey Creek Road and Koke Drive in a southerly,
/ easterly and southerly direction to Corey Creek for recreational purposes.
D BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed dated 12/31/1976, recorded on 1/5/1977, in Liber 8170 page 251.
TOGETHER with all right, tide and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and
all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
put will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to
the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties' whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
