BEGINNING at a pipe set in the southerly side of Calves Neck Road,

premises and distant South 29 degrees 28 minutes 30 seconds West 51.49
feet from a monument set on the northerly side of said Calves Neck
Road and in the division line separating land of A. Koke on the west
side thereof from land of F. Koke on the east side thereof, said
monument being distant the three following courses and distances as
measured along the northeasterly, easterly and northerly sides of
Calves Neck Road fromthe southerly terminus of the town highway known
as Youngs Avenue, to wit: (1) South 55 degrees 00 minutes East 302 .67
feet; (2) South 16 degrees 11 minutes 20 seconds East 224. 77 feet and
(3) South 74 degrees 21 minutes 20 seconds East 260 feet; running
thence from said pipe at the point or place of beginning South 74
degrees 21 minutes 20 seconds East along the southerly side of Calves
Neck Road 200 feet to land now or formerly of Bartlett; running thence
along said land last mentioned (1) South 19 degrees 27 minutes 30
seconds West 150. 33 feet to a pipe in land now or formerly of L.B. Hill;
running thence the two following courses and distances, along said
land last mentioned being the southerly and westerly boundaries
respectively of the herein described premises, to wit: (1) North 74
degrees 21 minutes 20 seconds West 190 feet to a pipe and (2) North 15
degrees 39 minutes 40 seconds East 150 feet to the pipe at the point
or place of BEGINNING.
Being and intended.tobe the same premises conveyed by Ralph C. Fish and
Diana V. Fish, his wife, to Raymond E. Golder and Anna M. Golder, his
wife, by deed dated October 7 , 1963 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk' s Office on October 29, 1963 in Liber 5442 of Deeds at Page 21,
together with all the rights and privileges therein contained and
