testamentary were issued by the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, New York
on May 22, 1990 and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last will
and testament, and/or by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of
Testamentary bequest -lotlam,,

release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being-AnAbaK at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. Twenty-Five (25) on a certain
map entitled Founders Estates, Inc. , made by Otto W. Van Tuyl, C.E. , dated
March 18, 1927 and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk
on May 10, 1927 as Map No. 834.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interst of the party of the first part
in and to any land lying in the bed of Founders Path, contiguous thereto to
the center line thereof, as taken by the Town of Southold.
m� BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to Margaret B. Ocame by
( \ '-deed dated April 20, 1963, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on April 22, 1963 in Liber 5336 page 165.
