seconds west, 234.20 feet to land now or formerly of Zgombic;
THENCE along said lands, north 60 degrees 26 minutes 00 seconds west, 223.51 feet
to land of the Long Island Railroad;
THENCE along said lands, north 69 degrees 12 minutes 10 seconds east, 301.39 feet
to the point or place of BEGINNING.
