067.00 by deed dated July 26 , 1954 and recorded in the Suffolk County
BLOCK Clerk 's Office in Liber 3733 of deeds at page 75 on July 29 , 1954 @

easterly measured along the northerly side of said Sound Avenue
LOT from the southwesterly corner of Lot #11 as shown on a map of
006.000 Peconic Shores, located at Peconic, L . I . , property of William B.
Codling, Northport , N.Y . , surveyed Sept. 1922 , J.W. Wells, C.E. ,
Setauket, L. I . , and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk , Aug. 5th , 1924 , as Map #117 , running thence in a
general northerly direction on a line parallel to the easterly line
of the lands of said Alfred C . Rowohlt and also parallel with the
westerly line of said Lot #11 to the ordinary high water line of
Long Island Sound; running thence in a general easterly direction
along the said ordinary highyater line of Long Island Sound a
distance of approximately .58 feet be the same more or less, running
thence in a general southerly direction and on a line parallel to
the first course and distant therefrom. 58 feet to the northerly
side of said Sound Avenue; running thence in a general westerly
direction along the northerly side of Sound Avenue a distance of 58
