WITNESSETH, that whereas letters testamentary were issued to the party of the first part by the Surrogate's
Court, Suffolk County, New York, on September 19, 2000 and by virtue
of the power and authority given in and by said last will and testament, andlor by Article II of the Estates, Powers
and Trusts Law, and in consideration of Ten Dollars and 00/100 ($10.00) ___________________

release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying
and being in the:I'own of Scuthold, Suffolk County, New York, known and distinguished by
Lot Number 80 on a map entitled "Subdivision Map of Founders Estates, situate at
Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y. made by otto W. Van Tuyl, Engineer and Surveyor",
dated March 18, 1927, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on
May 10, 1927, as Map No. 834, and on said map described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest corner of the intersection of Old Shipyard Road and
Landon Lane, running thence northerly along the westerly boundary of Old Shipyard
Road seventy-five (75) feet to the southeasterly corner of Lot Number 79, running
thence westerly along the southerly boundary of Lot Number 79 one hundred fifty
feet (150) to the southwesterly corner of Lot Number 79, running thence southerly
seventy-five (75) feet along the easterly boundary of Lot Number 70 to the
northerly boundary of Landon Lane, running thence north 64 degrees 5' 0" east
along the northerly boundary of Landon Lane to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part in
and to those portions of Old Shipyard Road and Landon Lane lying in front of and
adjacent to the lands and premises above described to the centre line thereof.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record, if any, affecting said premises;
and subject also to zoning restrictions and ordinances adopted by any tnunicipal,
town, village or other governmental authority.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Scphie Jankowski by deed
dated February 12, 1947 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on March 5, 1947 in Liber 2682 page 133.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and also all
the estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has power to conveyor dispose of, whether individually, or
by virtue of said will OL,,91'1Imvi.se; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the
second part, the distributees -or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
Subject to the trust fund provisions of section thirteen of the Lien Law.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above
written.
