WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Main Road where
the same is intersected by the northerly side of land now or
formerly of Wells; running thence North 81 degrees 16 minutes
50 seconds West along said land 200 feet; ' thence North 12 degrees
40 minutes 40 seconds East, along land now or formerly of Bolenius
165 . 52 feet; thence South 81 degrees 12 minutes 20 seconds East
along land now or formerly of Aksin 33. 60 feet; thence along
land now or formerly of Baker (1) South 12 degrees 40 minutes
40 seconds West 65. 25 feet and (2) South 80 degrees 26 minutes
00 seconds East 166. 30 feet to the westerly side of Main Road
and thence South 12 degrees 40 minutes 40 seconds West along
the westerly side of Main Road 97. 70 feet to the point or place
of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed dated April 6, 1966 recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on April 13, 1966
in Liber 5940 page 232 .
RESERVING, HOWEVER, a legal life estate in the above—described
premises with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
in and to Anna L. Burnett, the party of the first part.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
TAX MAP
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the DESIGNATION second part forever.
