DISTRICTM SECTION BLOCK LOT F j ©l © o ED 111a3 [ID 17 21 20 DEED This indenture, made August 10, 1993, between Andris Zilite, residing at 272 Jefferson Avenue, Franklin Square, New York 11010, as Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Mudite I. Zilite Saltups, deceased, late of 272 Jefferson Avenue, Franklin Square, New York 11010, party of the first part and Daniel Denn, residing at 23-01 150th Street, Whitestone, New York 11357, party of the second part and Violet V. McDermott, residing at 23-01 150th Street, Whitestone, New York 11357, as joint tenants, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said Last Will and Testament, and under Letters Testamentary issued on August 7, 1992, under file number 276261, by the Surrogate's Court of the State of New York, County of Nassau, and in consideration of $130,066.00 paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release onto the party of the second part, the heirs and successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, all that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, more particularly bounded and described in the annexed Schedule A. Being the same premises that were acquired by Gunars Saltups by deed dated District 1000 April 1, 1974, and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on April 17, 1974 in Liber 7621, CP 508, made by John T. Commerford and Kathleen P. Commerford, his wife, and Section 054.000 thereafter devised by Guitars Saltups to Mudite I. Zilite Saltups by his Last Will and Testament, probated in Queens County on or about 1976. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof, TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part forever, as joint tenants.
