Hedge and Francis G. Thorp, by Chandler & Pahner, Engineers, Norwich, Conn. , 1913", and filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on May 11, 1913, File No. 223. TOGETHER WITH an easement for ingress to and egress frau the premises above described over and along the 20 foot right of way bounding said lots along the Easterly boundary thereof, shown on said map leading from said premises to the private roadway of the party of the first part, sometimes known as the Peninsula Road, and over and along said Peninsula Road or such other roadway as now or hereafter may exist connecting the said Peninsula with the public highway. TOGETHER WITH all right, title and interest, if any, of the grantor in and to the shores of the Inner Bay of Great Harbor adjoining said premises, and in and to the land under the waters of said Bay adjoining said premises, and together with all right, title and interest of the grantor herein in and to a structure designated as "pile wharf" as shown on a certain map entitled "Plan of Property to be conveyed by Louise S. Mallory to Umberto Squattrito" Peninsula Road, Fisher's Island, N.Y.
