Begirmingat an iron pipe on the SOutheasterly hne of
an unimproved road, said pipe being located 825.72 feet
South of a point which is 5647.76 feet West of a llOnument
marking the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey
Triangulation Station "CHCXXMXJNl' 2" and thence running
South 460 11' 45" Fast 245.12 feet to an iron pipe; thence
South 320 30' 00" West 250.00 feet to a point; thence North
540 10' 55" West 317.60 feet to an iron pipe on the SOuth-
easterly line of said unimproved road; thence along said
roadline North 470 50' 14" Fast 290.00 feet to the point
of beginning.
Containing 1. 72 acres llOre or less.
