tenants by the entirety as between FRANK BROOKS ROBINSON and JEAN

being a part of that portion of Fishers Island belonging to Fishers
Island Development Corporation (which portion is hereinafter called
the "Park") lying to the east of Peninsula Road, said lot or parcel
of land being bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe on the Southeasterly line
of the Main Road to the East End said iron pipe being
936.25 feet South of a point which is 1866.79 feet West
of a monument marking the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey
Triangulation Station "East End 2" and thence running
along said road line North 440 58' 45" East 215.05 feet
to an iron pipe; thence South 430 21' 00" East 148.80
feet to a monument at a point of curve to the right
having a radius of 457.02 feet and the direction of whose
radius at that point is North 240 16' 50" West; thence
running southwestwardly following the arc of said curve
70.06 feet to a point; thence South 740 30' 10" West ,
56.69 feet to a point of curve to the left having a radius
of 1423.53 feet and the direction of whose radius at that
point is South 150 29' 50" East; thence running Southwest-
wardly following the arc of said curve 102.83 feet to an
iron pipe; thence North 530 52' 12" West 44.19 feet to
the point of beginning.
Subject to a right of way for existing utilities
which cross the above described tract.
