BEGINNING at a stone monument at the intersection of the Westerly line of
Equestrian Avenue and the Southerly line of Fox Avenue, said point being 3110. 12
feet North of a point which is 2300. 82 feet West of another monument marking the
U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "PROS";
THENCE RUNNING South 87 degrees 07 minutes 30 seconds West 169. 36 feet to
a stone monument abutting Northerly on Fox Avenue;
THENCE South 01 degree 22 minutes 30 seconds West 253. 37 feet to a stone
monument;
THENCE South 68 degrees 35 minutes East 103. 11 feet to a stone monument at the
Northwesterly corner of land of Raymond Lamb, these last two lines abutting
Westerly and Southwesterly on remaining land now or formerly of Fishers Island
Farms, Inc.;
THENCE South 82 degrees 52 minutes East 75. 0 feet to a stone monument on the
Westerly line of Equestrian Avenue, abutting Southwesterly on land of said Lamb;
THENCE North 07 degrees 37 minutes Fast 72. 78 feet to a stone monument;
THENCE North 01 degree 10 minutes 10 seconds West 236. 67 feet to the point or
place of BEGINNING, these last two lines abutting Easterly on Equestrian Avenue.
TOGETHER WITH a perpetual right of way to use the existing cesspools and 1
